Dan Jeannotte
Dan Jeannotte is a stage, film and voice actor, an improviser and a writer. His theatre credits include Dark Owl, Possible Worlds (with Uncalled For), Till We Meet Again, Cherry Docs (MECCA nomination for Best Actor), The Real Inspector Hound, Dracula, Hedda Gabler, Legend of the Barbarian and As You Like It. His screen roles include an angry speed skater in The Cutting Edge: Fire & Ice, Joan Allen’s control-room lackey in Death Race, and a mullet-rocking ghost from the 80s in Being Human. He has written, danced and assistant-directed for comedy-dance tribe Dance Animal; he is one-half of improv duo You & Me and Me & You; he has, with Uncalled For, produced and co-hosted the Montreal Fringe’s infamous late-night cabaret The 13th Hour. In September 2011, he will star in the Segal Centre’s production of Peter Shaffer’s Tony Award-winning Equus.
